Can't wait for a cohort date, or prefer to work privately? One day, working one-on-one: Texas LLC submitted, EIN application completed, domain and professional email configured, SAM.gov registration submitted or initiated, Texas CMBL registration submitted, and your capability statement drafted.
At checkout you'll enter your top business name candidates — they don't need to be final, just your best options. Before your day we screen them against Texas state records and help you settle on the name you'll file.

What you'll need

- • Your three business name choices (submitted at registration — we screen them before your day)
- • Credit/debit card ($300 for LLC filing, ~$15 for domain, $70 for CMBL)
- • Bank routing and account numbers (for SAM.gov, once your account is open)
- • A laptop with internet access
Already formed? Your day skips formation and goes deeper on the contracting deliverables.
Our Completion Commitment
If you complete the required pre-work and do not leave with your filings and registrations submitted and your capability statement draft completed, we'll provide follow-up support until those deliverables are complete.

How is this different from the workshops?+
Same deliverables, different format. The workshops are live group sessions on set dates with 8 seats. The VIP Implementation Day is private and one-on-one, scheduled around your calendar, and covers the deliverables of both workshops in a single day.
When can I book?+
Rolling availability — we'll coordinate the date directly with you after you reserve. VIP days are limited to two per month.
Are filing fees included?+
No. Texas filing and setup fees (roughly $300 for the LLC filing, ~$15 for a domain, and $70 for the Texas CMBL) are paid by you, directly to the State of Texas, your domain registrar, and the Texas Comptroller. We never handle your filing money.
What if my business is already formed?+
Then the day focuses on the contracting deliverables — SAM.gov, Texas CMBL, capability statement, and your opportunity identification process — with extra time for your specific situation.
Is this legal advice?+

What happens if I cannot attend my scheduled day?+
