Refund & Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your scheduled session, contact us before the session and we'll move you to the next available date at no charge. This applies to both workshops and VIP Implementation Days. Founder's Track contracting seats don't expire — you can attend any later contracting session.

Refunds

If you request a refund at least 7 days before your session, we'll refund your payment in full. Within 7 days of the session, we'll offer a free reschedule to the next available date instead, since your seat is one of a maximum of eight and late cancellations usually can't be refilled.

If we cancel or reschedule a session and the new date doesn't work for you, you'll receive a full refund.

Filing fees

State filing fees, domain registration, and similar third-party costs are paid by you directly to the State of Texas and other providers. They are never collected by us and are outside this policy.

Completion commitment

If you complete the required pre-work and do not leave your session with the listed deliverables submitted or completed, we'll work with you directly until they are — see each workshop page for the specifics.
