What we provide

LaunchReady Texas provides live implementation workshops, private implementation days, and free educational resources for Texas entrepreneurs and small businesses. We guide you through standard formation and registration processes; you complete your own filings, on your own accounts, with your own information.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or registered agent service, and nothing on this site or in our sessions is legal, tax, or financial advice. We provide structured implementation support for processes that are publicly documented and available to everyone. Complex situations — partnerships, investors, special tax elections, disputes — warrant consulting qualified professionals (an attorney or CPA).

Your filings are yours

All filings, registrations, and applications completed during our sessions are submitted by you, under your own accounts and credentials. Filing fees are paid by you directly to the State of Texas, the federal government, or other providers — we never handle your filing money. Approval of any filing rests solely with the receiving agency (for example, business name approval rests with the Texas Secretary of State).

Payments, refunds, and rescheduling

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Reschedule Policy.

No guarantee of outcomes

We commit to specific session deliverables (described on each offering's page and backed by our completion commitment), but we do not and cannot guarantee business results — including approval timelines controlled by government agencies or the award of any government contract.

Intellectual property

Site content, workshop materials, templates, and checklists are owned by ATRIDIAN LLC and provided for your own business use. Please don't resell or republish them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATRIDIAN LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of these services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
