What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email address, business name, and your message.
• Registration details collected at checkout, such as your business name choices for pre-event screening.
• Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you signed up for: responding to inquiries, sending the resources you requested, running your pre-event name screening, delivering workshop logistics, and providing follow-up support. If you opt in, we'll also send workshop announcements. We do not sell your information.

What we never collect

Sensitive filing information — your Social Security Number, IRS credentials, Login.gov credentials, and bank account numbers — is entered by you, directly on government and provider websites, during sessions. We never collect, store, or record it. Individual work involving your personal information is never recorded.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run this site and our sessions: Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email), Calendly (scheduling), and Zoom (live sessions). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, use the contact formand we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
